Founder & President
Shae knows building a strong team means finding great people and letting them lead. In 2016, he put that into practice when he founded Accordus. These days, when he's not guiding our vision at Accordus, you’ll find him on a tractor cutting fields or making memories with his wife Katie and their four kids. He’s bilingual in both Spanish and English—and also speaks fluent “fail forward” with his favorite phrase: “Ready, fire, aim.” That boldness is a big part of what’s made Accordus a trusted partner for so many growing organizations

Chief Operating Officer
Whether she’s renovating a space or planning an event, Anne brings vision and follow-through to everything she does. As our Chief Operating Officer, she turns big ideas into seamless operations. Outside the office, you’ll find her with her husband and two kids—preferably hiking a wooded trail, floating down a lazy river, or unwinding in a hammock. Her favorite part of working at Accordus? The freedom and support to grow and thrive—something she helps our team do every day.

Creative Director
Meet Adrienne, our resident storytelling expert. A writer at heart, she’s been shaping compelling narratives since her days as high school yearbook editor. With a deep passion for meaningful communication, Adrienne brings vision, clarity, and heart to every project she leads at Accordus. Outside of work, she’s a dedicated pastor’s wife and mom of three, balancing purpose-driven leadership with life-giving relationships at home. Adrienne holds a seminary degree, enjoys a good workout, and believes some of the best conversations happen around the dinner table—especially when tacos and salsa are involved.

Growth Team Coordinator
When she’s not balancing her roles as a pastor’s wife and mom of three, Laken is making things happen as our Growth Team Coordinator. Her career journey has included everything from teaching senior citizens how to use iPhones (true story) to helping clients meet their goals. A classically trained vocalist with a soft spot for Shania Twain, she might just break into song—and it’ll sound amazing. The harmony that drives Laken’s work? Building relationships.

Director of Operations
Amber lives by the motto, “Do it scared.” As a teen, she dreamed of becoming a firefighter—a glimpse of her lifelong passion for helping others. Over the years, she’s worn many hats: licensed cosmetologist, camp director, and even Easter Bunny (yes, really!). Today, she brings heart and hustle to her role as our Director of Operations. When she’s not at her desk working with teammates she loves to call friends, you’ll likely find her exploring Metroparks with her husband, two boys, and their dog.

Director of People’s Operations
Alex’s superpower? Hospitality. It shows up in everything she does—from leading a college ministry with her husband to creating a welcoming culture at Accordus. As our Director of People Operations, she brings warmth to every interaction—like a life-giving coffee chat with a friend. Speaking of coffee, she loves sipping a cup while browsing thrift shops in her spare time. A mom of two young boys, Alex often reminds herself, “One day, they’re going to be epic”—a hopeful mindset that carries into her work.
