Client Onboarding

These are the instructions we send to clients in order to get access to their systems. Only send instructions for the systems the client uses.

  • Accounting
      • QuickBooks Online – invite [email protected] as an “Accountant”
      • Bank Accounts
      • Processors
        • Stripe
          • Click on Business settings in the left panel
          • Click Team
          • Click New User
          • Invite [email protected] as an Administrator (this will allow us to set up the confirmation emails, etc., but you will remain the account owner)
        • PayPal – Depending on the service level, you may be able to add us as a user ([email protected]), or we may need to login with your credentials.
      • Bill Pay
      • Payroll
  • Marketing
  • Brand Guide – color hex codes, fonts, rules for using logo, etc.
  • Logo files – White, black, color, transparent background, and/or vector files
      • Photos – Send us a public link, or upload them to our Dropxbox [Accordus to insert file upload link to Media Assets folder].
      • Any flyers or materials that can help us learn more about your mission or help us learn your voice.

  • Social Media
      • Facebook – 
        • We will send you an invitation to make Accordus a Partner on your page so that we can post for you. 
        • Navigate to your Page Settings > Page Roles > Assign a new Page Role, and add “Shae Hinson” as an amdin
      • Instagram – We will need to login with your credentials. Instagram often requires a verification code sent to an email to login from a new device. Would you be able to setup an email rule to forward any Instagram notifications from that email to [email protected]?
      • Twitter – We will need to login with your credentials
      • LinkedIn – Connect with the Accordus Team profile ([email protected]), then add that profile as an admin to your organization’s page.
