We use this system to send “direct emails” that look like they are coming personally from the client. This should be set up by the communications coordinator. Reach out to the lead communication coordinator, Blaine Ledbetter, if you have questions. The cost of this is around $50/month.

Setting up an account

    1. Register an account with a made up email address – i.e. [email protected] — We don’t want to use an email owned by the client
    2. Save the username and password to the Klenty Last Pass folder
    3. Setup a custom domain and other general settings
    4. After the trial runs out, email [email protected] and ask them to link this to the Accordus billing profile
    5. Setup the “From” email address and name. You will need email credentials from the client to set this up, as well as which email provider they use (Gmail, Yahoo, Microsoft office)
    6. Setup the signature template to match the client’s emails they send personally in their email inbox.
    7. Set the daily send limit to ~300.

This is another helpful video of settings to check in Klenty for their send rates.
