What are my primary responsibilities?

  • Must be available for a consistent weekly meeting with each client, free of distractions (30 minutes)
  • Must be able to think creatively and run with an idea with little direction from the client
  • Must be available by email to internal team and clients flexibly throughout the day
  • Create long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones, adhering to deadlines and allocating resources
  • Delegate tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them
  • Identify and manage potential risks and liabilities of multiple projects
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and goals
  • Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
  • Serve as a point of contact for teams when various units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
  • Communicate with executives or the board to keep the project aligned with their goals
  • Perform quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
  • Adjust schedules and targets on the project as needed
  • Motivate people involved in the project to complete tasks on time
  • Lead weekly meetings with the client and maintain a professional appearance on calls
  • Utilize Creative Director (Adrienne Robinson)

Have client-specific questions – Senior Team Lead
For client-specific issues or VIP situations – Amber, Director of Operations

How many hours will this take me?

  • You may spend up to 3 hrs/week for each client (including the 30-minute weekly meeting)
