We send out a monthly Delighted survey to the team asking how their hours and workflow have been that month. Anne would love your support following up with team members as needed. As she reviews the responses, she will email you if your team members gave us a thumbs down. In those scenarios, we want to follow up with them in the next week, so that we can come up with a good game plan, and they experience us being on their side!
Here’s what to do if your team member gives us a thumbs down:
- Review their response/comment.
- Give them a call and get to know the situation better – what are their frustrations or needs. Main goal of this conversation is to listen, not to fix.
- Come up with a recommendation for next steps –> consult me or Shae as needed.
- Communicate to the team member what we’re going to do.
