Print Coordinator: Katie Gleeson

Overview of Process:
- Watch video above
- On your client’s main page in TW, click the “+ Add Task List” purple button.
- Name the task list “PRINT” and select the “Print Project” template. Click “Add Task List.”
- Next you’ll be prompted to assign the tasks: click the drop down menu and click on your name – all Team Lead tasks will be assigned to you. Then click “Finished.”
- Then your Print Task Template will load and you can begin working through each task, reading the descriptions carefully and thoroughly.
Print Turnaround Times:
These are the expected turnaround times for print projects from the time the printer receives all final print pieces from our print coordinator to them being dropped in the mail. These turn around times do not include the prep work done by our team (design, database, and revisions):
- Business cards – 6-10 business days
- 1 page documents – (like flyers/note cards) 5-7 business days
- Small booklet (4-10 pages) – 7-10 business days
- Large booklet (10+ pages) – 10-14 business days
- Stickers – I order these online and usually have a 1-week turnaround time
- Large mailer projects (cover letter, giving card, return envelope, etc.) send to mailing list – 6-10 business days
