After you have downloaded the app and started your first scan, then please send an email to
[email protected] to let us know the name of your computer. This will help us see that it is running and working on your machine.
Your computer name is usually located in your System Settings under the “About” section
Any other antivirus software should be removed from your computer before downloading BitDefender (except for Microsoft Defender – this should not be deleted)
