Accounting

Hannah Couch is the Department Coordinator for our Accounting team.

Access

The [email protected] inbox is used only to receive multi-factor/two-factor authentication codes for logging in to various websites. This is the inbox that is connected to the Accordus phone number that we use for all phone number verification methods: 615-392-0585.

This inbox also receives forwarded emails for access codes from Accounting and Database when needed.

The Inbox is not regularly monitored.

It is also separate from the marketing@accordus inbox. This Marketing inbox is used to create new accounts (Mailchimp, LinkTree, etc) for clients before transitioning to a client-facing email address. This inbox is also not regularly monitored and should only be used to accept invites from clients to join an account like GoDaddy, Mailchimp, etc.

Admin

Our Admin inbox is your go-to for all things Accordus:

  • A client needs an alias Accordus email address created
  • Assist with passwords, verification codes, permissions, MFA, etc. via Keeper
  • Helps problem-solve passwords not working
  • Email the Admin inbox if you need access to a client’s login for any site in any department
  • General Accordus questions relating to “Who do I assign this task to?”

When in doubt, reach out to Admin who will then point you in the direction of AccordusU or an explanation and solution for who to send a task to.

Creative

Adrienne Robinson is our Creative Director, but each client has an assigned designer and writer for all tasks.

 

Communications

Blaine Ledbetter is the department coordinator for more broad questions/concerns relating to clients or Accordus in general.

 

Each client has a communications coordinator who should be the default person to ask for a client-specific question.

Human Resources

Please reach out to Alex Webber, our Director of People Operations for questions related to:

  • Compensation – pay rate, direct deposit information, banking issue, tax forms, employment verification letters, etc.
  • Employee Relations – personal issues or conflicts with another team member
  • Resignation – please submit a formal resignation to [email protected] and CC your department coordinator

Receipts

There are two main distinctions between receipting:

  1. Julia Sweeney handles PRINT RECEIPTING for all clients. Take a look at this post if your client wants our database team to begin sending out donor receipts on behalf of the client.
  2. Annalyn handles all receipts that need to be billed TO the client. For example, we need to purchase a subscription to Mailchimp for a client and bill them monthly: send the PDF of the invoice to receipts@accordus with the subject line “#Receipt – CLIENT NAME – CHARGE NAME”

Client-Related Issues

  • What do I do if a client is not happy with how things are going with Accordus or if there is an issue with a client? Contact Amber – she and your Senior Team Lead will discuss a plan of action. Think of Amber as our Feelings Cruise Director – she is your go-to for things like this!
