Maintaining Secure Passwords in Keeper

Keeper Security is our trusted password management system not only for Accordus-owned records, but also our clients records too. A few perks of their platform is the ability to generate passwords, identify weak passwords, and let us know if passwords are considered ‘Breach Watch’.

In an effort to maintain the highest security for us and our clients, we are asking that you only acquire passwords that are considered ‘strong’ in Keeper. See video here on how to identify or create a strong password.

Ideally, we would like to:

1. Only create passwords by using the Keeper Generator feature. If we have to create our own passwords, we’d like them to be ‘strong’ and follow this system.
2. Only acquire passwords that are considered ‘strong’. If clients are sharing passwords with you, please let them know that we would highly suggest they change their password so we maintain the highest security as we acquire them.
