This is another email sending platform that is popular and used to send mass communications for clients. There are no limitations to the number of lists or audiences you can have. It is comparable to Mailchimp in pricing and billing is based on the number of total contacts only.
- Default settings to check when we first get access:
- The client will need to either send us their login credentials or will need to create a user account for our team within their account emails settings.
- Account Settings: Check that the address in the account details is the client’s correct address. This is included in the footer of all emails.
- Within advanced settings, check to be sure the client has set up to self-authenticate their email address. This may require our team adding DNS records to ensure the emails come from the client’s email address and not from an address like ccsend.com.
