We use a Quality Assurance Process in all major steps of our work. Please review the various steps below to ensure we are creating the best content for our clients.

All items created by Accordus should be sent through our quality assurance process before sending to the client and before scheduling, mailing, posting, etc.

 

  • Team Leads: Send social media and print projects to Kelsey McIntyre for QA.
  • Communication coordinators will send all finalized emails to Kelsey McIntyre, our QA Maven.
  1. First, make sure you have reviewed the email, print piece, etc. using the QA checklist:
    1. Do all fonts match? Is the font size consistent throughout?
    2. Are there any misspelled words?
    3. Are there any grammatical errors?
    4. Are the details correct? I.e. if we are promoting an event for Thursday, November 1, double check that the date falls on a Thursday.
    5. Do the merge fields work with an appropriate fallback value in place?
    6. Is the “From” name and email correct?
    7. Do all hyperlinks work? Are they linked to the correct pages?
    8. Is it going to the correct audience? Correct segment within the audience?
  2. Send to Adrienne and Kelsey for QA before sending to the client for review. You can either send by email with a teamwork task, or create the task directly in Teamwork.
  3. Include a link to the deliverable/email or attach the email for their review.
  4. Once Kelsey has reviewed it, please implement all changes.
  5. Send to Team Lead for client approval.
  6. The deliverable may need to be reviewed by Kelsey again depending on the number of changes the client has requested.
