The Client Assignment Sheet/Contractor Directory is a Google Sheet that is updated when new clients are added, new roles are added, and when our team assignments are adjusted. Bookmark this sheet as your reference for knowing who to assign items to, finding meeting times, viewing client emails, etc.
Curious about who to assign a design task to? Who handles social media? Who do I assign a random task to? There is also a sheet at the bottom of the director that says “Who do I contact?” that shows who is in charge of random tasks.
To update anything on this sheet, you will need to send your request to Amber.
Additionally, Teamwork is the centralized location where all contact info for our team is stored. Reference this list if you’re curious when people work, how to get in touch with them, or who we have on our team.
How to:
- Within Teamwork, click on “People” in the top menu
- This lists all team members currently with Accordus.
- Click on a team member’s name to see their contact information and availability.
