Step 1: Use this Onboarding Google Doc to walk through Onboarding Steps 1 & 2. Select “make a copy” and rename the doc to < Your Full Name – Onboarding Doc >.
Step 2: Record an introduction video & add the link to your Onboarding Google Doc. Here is a link to Vimeo or you can record it with your phone.
At the end of Onboarding Step 2, you will send a public link of your Onboarding Google Doc to [email protected].
Team Leads meet with our clients each week, we call these “touch-base calls.” These weekly touch-base calls are where we get direction, feedback, and approval from clients. This is where the magic happens!
After these weekly calls, TLs will assign out tasks to the client’s Graphic Designer, Accountant, Database admin, etc. It’s important to understand how the calls work because they affect everyone on the team.
