Notes:
- To create an archive link: use the hyperlink function over text and insert *|ARCHIVE|* – only works in MailChimp
- For Constant Contact, add a merge field in a text box at the bottom of the email and insert the VIEW AS WEBPAGE merge field.
- Archive links always update in all the renditions/edits of emails. The original link that a comms coordinator sends will always be up-to-date. No need to ask for an updated link.
- Sometimes, in Constant Contact, a web version will not update in real-time for an updated preview.
- Video also shows where to find hyperlinks for SENT campaigns – this can be helpful for TLs when sharing new ideas with comms coordinators/as well as digging for campaigns for clients.
