Hey Team Lead!
You are now ready to rock and roll with your new client and realize you need social media access. Social media access isn’t always as straightforward as requesting passwords through Keeper.
Here are some tips:
- LinkTree account credentials must be given to us by client and should be saved in Keeper in the appropriate shared folder. You can request access to LinkTree passwords through Keeper by emailing [email protected].
- Facebook credentials are not shared, but access is given to our Accordus account (Amber Accordus) or Becklin’s account from client or business admin on the MetaBusiness page. If you need reports, etc., please reach out to Becklin or Madi and they can pull this info for you. Click here to view the tutorial for clients on adding us to their Facebook account.
- Instagram can either be shared by having the Instagram account added into the MetaBusiness Page (by admin access through MetaBusiness—this option is preferable), or by sharing credentials and hoping that Becklin/Madi can add their Instagram account to the MetaBusiness profile. We have recently had large issues with this not working/privileges being given incorrectly through Meta.
- Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. are most often shared by sending us login credentials and then we link these to Loomly. These passwords should be saved in Keeper. If you are a new TL and notice this info isn’t already in Keeper (meaning that [email protected] cannot grant you access to these in Keeper because they don’t exist), please track down this info and add the credentials to Keeper for future reference.
We now have to schedule all FB/Instagram posts through MetaBusiness and everything else through Loomly.
