MailChimp: Verifying ‘From’ Email Address

When onboarding new clients or changing the ‘from email address’ in MailChimp, we would love if Team Lead’s could do this in real-time on a client call. This prevents having to coordinate a time to do this outside of your normally scheduled window of chatting with clients.

 

Video overview.

  1. In MailChimp, you will choose to edit the draft of a recent email template for the particular client.
  2. In the ‘from email address’ section you will change the email to the preferred email sender.
  3. Press save.
  4. Once pressing save, the email should receive a verification code. Now, the client can verbally give you the verification code to type in on the call.
