We use shared mailboxes to streamline processes for clients, access verification codes for shared systems, and more.

Some shared mailboxes you are automatically provided access to depending on your role at Accordus. Other shared mailboxes (for clients, verification codes, etc.) you might need to request access from [email protected].

 

Here is how to OPEN a shared Accordus inbox in another tab:

  1. Log into your Microsoft Outlook email
  2. Click on your picture in the upper right-hand corner of the screen
  3. Click “Open another mailbox”
  4. Type in the email address (above) of the inbox you are trying to access
  5. Click Open.
  6. The inbox will now open in a separate tab.

 

Here is how to ADD a shared Accordus inbox to your Outlook online:

  1. Right-click on “Folders” in the left-hand menu.
  2. Select “Add shared folder or mailbox”.
  3. Type in the email address of the inbox you would like to add.
  4. Click “Add”.
  5. The inbox will now load as a new folder in your left-hand menu.
