We are in the process of moving all MFA Codes through the Keeper platform. If you have found that MFA codes are no longer going to the shared mailbox they previously have been sent to, please check the Keeper record for the two-factor authentication code. It can be found at the bottom of the record, as you can see in the image below.
Sometimes the Keeper Chrome Extension autofills and sometimes it doesn’t. You can easily copy and paste from the actual record. See video here.
