As a Department Coordinator, there may be times when it is helpful for you to check on the workload of your team members. There’s a simple way to do this in Teamwork. This video demonstrates how to search for completed, overdue, or upcoming tasks. You can then filter by a particular team member or client. Here are some common scenarios when this is especially helpful:
- Before a team member evaluation
- If a team member seems to be consistently late
- If a team member is asking for more work
- When a team member is asking for less work
- When a client is in the red (has too high of hours) for the month
- When a team member expresses concern about the way a Team Lead is assigning out work
